JEAN'S HAM AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
1 (8 oz) jar process cheese spread
2 cans cream of chicken soup (or homemade)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 Tablespoon margarine
2 (10 oz) packages chopped broccoli (or fresh)
4 cups diced cooked ham
2 cups minute rice
1/2 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
In large bowl, blend cheese, milk and soup. Cook onion in margarin. Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain. Add cooked onion, ham rice and worcestershire sauce to broccoli. Add sauce mixture and mix well. Turn into (2) 1 1/2 quart casserole dishes (lightly greased). Cover tightly. Bake 400 degrees for 45 minutes. This can be frozen before or after baking. Serves 8-10 people.

Good Morning Folks,
Hope you have enjoyed the Christmas recipes. We are already talking about Easter. Easter, we think we will do them different with the recipe on the top and the post underneath. That what I can put all the recipes on ahead and if something comes up and I can't get a post, the recipe will be on.
Well I have to get off to finish wrapping Christmas presents and delivering my Christmas Cards to my friends.
