COBBLESTONE HOUSES

I came across some cobblestone houses.  The one in the center, I think was added after the house was built, but I am not sure.

Good Morning Tom,

Yes, they are.

Those cobblestone houses show true craftsmanship. They will still be standing strong when some of the homes built today are gone.

Hi,
my name is Cinzia, from Naples, Italy, and have been reading your blog on and off for a while now. I love your blog! It opens a window on a world I do not know much about.
Here and there you have been asking what to write about in your blog, and I'd love to help , but I like it so much the way it is I do not know what to suggest! I love the pictures, the little stories here and there, and all I can suggest is: keep it up, good job!
Ciao!
Cinzia

There's a cobblestone home in the area where I grew up+still being in use as the home it was meant to be. Nice. Blessings, Carol

Really nice! I've never seen these. Around here, Chester county in PA, there are old fieldstone farm houses. Also very lovely.

Hi Cinzia,

Welcome Cinzia. Welcome to Naples, Italy from the United States. So glad you enjoy my blog! Thank you so much for the compliments, I really appreciate it.

We have a Naples, New York. It is in the grapes and wine area of our state.

If you would like to share something from Naples, Italy, I am sure we would appreciate it.

Again, thank you for all the compliments.

Hi Carol,
I am glad so many of these houses are still standing and in use. They were built to last.

Blessings to you and yours,
Marilyn

Hi Mary,
Oh, fieldstone farm houses sound lovely. Do you have any pictures of them?

Marilyn,
I heard of a Naples in the States, I am glad it's in New York, even though I never visited this state it is still my favorite and the one I would love to visit and explore.
Naples in Italy is a chaotic, often dirty, warm at heart, beautiful city that everybody should visit but it is hard to live in.
I never took too many pictures of my surrounding, but will try and send you some, I so love the ones you share I'll try to do the same.
Ciao,
Cinzia
