FARMERS MARKET - HANDMADE JEWELRY

In all the Farmers Markets I have been too - this is the first that had someone that was selling handmade jewelry.  As I also hand make jewelry, I had to see this one.  They were a very nice husband and wife couple.  The first three pictures are of the jewelry they made.  Pictures four and five are pictures of their bead cases.  The last picture is of a young lady making her own bracelet.  The couple have it so you can buy one of their handmade jewelry or you can make your own.  They were very nice and enjoyed talking with them

...not what I'd expect to see at a farmers market.

Good Morning Tom,

Me neither, but they were the only one there and selling pretty good.

I have a friend here who makes jewelry out of iguana skin and lionfish quills. She makes a lot of money.

The closest farmer's market to where I live is in a small town next door. Their market does sell some produce but most of it is handcrafted items and flowers. A disappointment really. It's nice to have a mixture of items but they should call it a crafting market instead to be very honest.

We tend to see vendors like that during the Christmas farmer's markets.

Hi MarkD60,
Wow, I bet her jewelry is beautiful. I am sure she makes money on that kind of jewelry.

Hi Laura,
This Farmers Market has produce and handicraft, but most of it was produce I agree, if it is a Farmers Market, it should have more produce than crafts. This one was about 50 50. One of the farmers told me that there should be more produce this month as more should have grown.
