MENNONITE FARM

Saw the owners of this farm walking their dogs and asked if I could take pictures of their house and barns.  The lady said go ahead, but the barns need to be painted in the spring.  She told me that they recently purchased it.  What I didn't realized until I left is that they have a flag in front of their barns which is unusual for the Amish and Mennonite.

I love seeing the blue barn, so unusual and I hope they keep the flag. Beautiful home and I wish them the best in it. Thank you for sharing!

I enjoyed the photos too - and do wonder if they'll keep the flag.
It's a nice farm and wish them a happy life there.

Good Morning Laura,
I like the blue barns, too. It is usual. I hope they keep the flag up, too. It is in an area where there aren't any Mennonite or Amish, but she said more are moving into the area. I wish them the best, too.

...Mennonites farms are often so ship-shape.

Hi Tom,
From what she said, they recently bought it and are going to paint the barns in the spring. I want to go out there when they get them repainted. I wonder what color? Probably red.

Hi William,
It is a rather large farm. I like the way it looks, too.
