  8. These recipes sound great. I have all of the ingredients to make the Pistachio Bread, but haven't made it yet. Maybe I will tomorrow since we're suppose to get quite a bit of snow. It seems like a nice thing to make on a cold snowy day. Too bad I don't have a wood burning stove to make it in. That would be the ultimate. ~Doreen

  9. Good Morning Doreen,
Glad you enjoy the recipes. I still have to get to the store and buy the cake mix to make the Pistachio Bread. I gree with your cold snowy day a good day to make it. Yes, a wood burning stove would be nice.

  10. Hello again
I was just checking I had all the ingredients for the cheesecake- when I noticed there is no sugar in the cheesecake mixture-just the cracker crust- I normally add sugar to my mixture not the crust- but have never made a baked one before so maybe that is the difference

  11. Hi Fionalina, I guess we do have different recipes because I have never put sugar in a cheesecake mixture. This is Martha's recipe, but I never put sugar in mine either. That could be the difference.

  12. Thank you Marilyn
It will be interesting to try it -I am sure with the cherry topping and sweetened crust it will be a good balance-

  13. Hi Fionalina,
I checked what Martha gave me and it is what she wrote. Maybe with the crust and toping it is sweet enought, but like I say, I never put sugar in the mixture, but that could be me.
