JEAN'S PEACH PIE

JEAN'S PEACH PIE

1 unbaked pie shell
4 to 6 peaches, peeled and sliced (canned may be used)
2 beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
2 rounded tbsp butter or margarine
2 rounded tbsp flour

Beat together eggs, sugar, butter and flour.  Add peaches mixing well.  Put in an unbaked pie shell.  Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and finish at 350 degrees until crusty and set on top.

We serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

A great pie to serve using fresh peaches,

  5. Hi Fionalina,
I think I did already, but to make sure, I tell Jean again. That hearing being over sure took a load off their minds.

  8. HI,
I would love to bake this pie for my 87 year old friend and was wondering if you use a regular unbaked pie shell or deep dish, also what size pie shell. Want to make sure I get it right. Thanks so much

  9. Hello Brenda,
I can't call Jean this late at night because she and her family are in bed. I would say a regular 9 inch pie crust.
