DIANN MADE JEAN'S VALENTINE'S DAY MARASCHINO CHERRY CAKE

Diann in Ohio made Jean's Valentine's Day Maraschino Cherry Cake and sent me a picture of  the cake.  I thought everyone would like to see it.  Diann said she made the cake for her husband for Valentine's Day (minus the nuts) and it is yummy! Her husband loves it to!  She frosted the cake and added some red sugar on top.  She said to tell Jean, it's a winner!

Like me, Diann doesn't make scratch cakes very often, but she told me this one is worth the extra work.

    The cake does look delicious. I thought it was nice of her to send the picture and give us a review, too. I like her idea with the red sugar on the top, too.

    Hello Folks,
    If anyone that makes Jean's dishes want to take a picture and have it put on here, I would be glad to do it as I did for Diann. I think it is better when people see it all made. Also, I am glad to show off your cooking.

    That's a great idea Marilyn. I've made several of the recipes that you posted over the past year, but I never thought of taking a picture of them. I'll keep it in mind now.
