The church at the top is the Old Order Mennonite building that Jean, and her family go to. Bishop Joseph is bishop at this church and another one. I chose the church for Saturday because of the cross in front.

Hello! It is so coincidental that you post a recipe for eggplant when that is what I prepared for our supper last night. Although it was not the same recipe, the eggplant was particularly nice and the casserole was tasty. I will try and make this the next time we come across some nice eggplants-I am planting some this summer in my garden so we will see how that goes!
ReplyDeleteAlso, I like the addition of the saying at the end of the post - sayings like that get you thinking and sometimes expand your mind. 'Hope you all have a wonderful and blessed Easter holiday shared with those you love most! Thank you....Chris
This does look very easy to make! Thanks, Anna!
