AFRICAN VIOLET SHOW - DIFFERENT IDEAS FOR AFRICAN VIOLETS

Here are some different ideas people have with African Violets that were at the show.  I thought them very interesting.

We would enjoy seeing pictures of your African Violets. How about sending me pictures to

  2. Thanks Marilyn for showing these - very interesting! I agree with Tom's comment - :-).
The white violet with the white edged leaves is really pretty.

  4. Good Morning Mary,

They are interesting. I think the ones with the white leaves and white edges are the varrigated leaves.

  5. Good Morning Marilyn, I love African Violets but have never made it to this show. Will send you some pics of my African violets, I am not a fancy gardener, just love my plants simple. Two of the pics show my African violets that bloom all the time, the other one has never bloomed since I bought it, but I love the leaves and it keeps on growing, just no flowers. Cathy in Webster

  6. Hi Cathy,
Please send your pictures to mab1121@verizon.net Don't think any of us are fancy gardeners. I just love my plants, too. Odd, that one never bloomed. It still is pretty even without blossoms.

Any other folks want to send pictures of their African Violets, I would be glad to put them on.

  9. I think African Violets are lovely all on their own. I can appreciate that others want to enhance their flowers in creative and artistic ways.

  11. Hmmm, I think I like my violets natural. LOL I appreciate the artistry that goes into the displays, but I like the sweet little flowers all by themselves. Have a great day!
