FAIR JUDGE RESULTS ON MY JEWELRY AND VIOLETS
As you can see it, the first necklace didn't get anything. That necklace really wan't laid out like it should be, but that's okay. My set with the necklace, earrings and bracelet came in second. When I got there they were judging the plants and flowers and I left and checked out my jewelry. Later I went back to the plants, I was almost floored - both my African Violets came in FIRST PLACE. I acted like a child jumping up and down. The judges were there and I thanked them. There were only three African Violet plants - two of them were mine. Third one got second place. I thank the Lord for having these African Violets come out so beautiful and Violet Barn for their advice.
Congratulations.

Congratulations on your success. You wrote quite some time ago that you struggled to grow African Violets, and now you're winning blue ribbons, which must make your success even sweeter. Good job!
ReplyDeletePTL!!!! What a nice blessing! Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteBTW- as you drive around, how do the crops seem to be doing now that there has been some rain? Does it appear any were damaged due to the bad storm that went through recently?
Blessings, Carol
