JEAN'S RASPBERRY DELIGHT

JEAN'S RASPBERRY DELIGHT

1 cup Vanilla Wafer crumbs
1/2 cup butter, soft
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 cup whipping cream (I have used Cool Whip)
2 cups raspberries
1 1/4 tsp vanilla

Put half of crumbs in bottom of 8x8" pan.  Cream butter and sugar.  Add vanilla.  Add eggs, one at a time.  Spread over crumbs.  Whip cream, fold in berries.  Spread over butter mixture.  Top with remaining crumbs.  Keep refrigerated.
