JEAN'S PISTACHIO FRUIT SALAD

JEAN'S PISTACHIO FRUIT SALAD

1 pkg instant pistachio pudding
1 small 8-oz box sour cream
1 small Cool Whip
1 can mandarin oranges
1 small can pineapple chunks
2 large bananas
1 cup small marshmallows

Drain pineapple, add juice to pudding and whip until thick.  Drain mandarin oranges.  Stir in sour cream.  Add oranges, pineapple, bananas and marshmallows.  Chill (overnight is best).

Wanted to put on a Spring recipe.

    It sounds good. It oddly reminds me a bit of something my mother would make, called a frozen fruit round.
