JEAN'S STRAWBERRY DESSERT


JEAN'S STRAWBERRY DESSERT

1 graham cracker pie crust
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 c butter
2 c. frozen strawberries (or fresh strawberries)
2 Tbsp sugar
1 pkg strawberry jello dissolved in 1 c water
1 c whipping cream (I use Cool Whip)
1 c milk
1/2 lb marshmallows

Drain strawberries and use juice and water to make 1 cup. Add this to jello.  Combine milk and marshmallows.  Heat and stir until melted.  Cool.  Fold into whipped cream, add berries to jello. Mix all together and pour into pie crust.

    ...I haven't seen fresh strawberries out yet, they are late this year.
