SPRING BEHIND THE LIBRARY

Found this stream while I was behind the library building. Grew up in this town and never knew it was there. Thought you might like to see this.

PRAYERS, PLEASE

One of the people that comments to our posts many times - eldest son has passed away. We ask for your prayers and thoughts to her, her husband and family at this time.

EDWARD'S HAMBURGER PIZZA

1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 (9 oz) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
Bisquick or biscuit crust

For crust make 1/2 recipe of biscuit or Bisquick. Roll out to fit 2 (8 inch) pie or cake pans.

On each crust crumble 1/2 pound ground beef, sprinkle over this 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/2 the 8 ounce can tomato sauce and 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese. Top with cheese strips. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Some of our children asked why I didn't put on their favorite recipes, so here is one. While the girls were trying to decide which one of their recipes should go on, I put on Edward's. One of my daughter's will be on next week. JEAN

MEMORIAL DAY AT CEMETERY

There was no parade this year because of the virus, but they did have a ceremony in the cemetery. Very few came. Also, the Boy Scouts were not allowed to put flags on the veterans graves this year, but family members came and put flags on their loved ones.
