BIRDS ARE BACK !!!

Driving around this weekend, I didn't find much to take pictures of.  Yesterday I saw these birds are here. 

HAPPY ST. PATRICK DAY

AQUADUCT PARK

Took a drive around the Erie Canal.  This mostly was taken at a park near my house.

1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup chopped nuts
8-oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 of 9 oz container of Cool Whip
2 small pkgs pistachio instant pudding
3 cups milk

Mix flour, butter and nuts together and press into 9 in by 13 in pan.  Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Then cool.  Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.  Mix pudding and milk and spread over previous layer.  Chill in refrigerator,  Use remaining Cool Whip as topping when being served.
