JEAN'S OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup buttermilk
2/3 cup baking oil
2 eggs
Blend all cake ingredients until moisted and beat for 3 minutes. Pour into prepared 9 X 13 inch pan.
TOPPING
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
In a small bowl, blend topping ingredients and sprinkle over cake batter. Cover and refrigerate overnight, Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm.

COBBLESTONE BUILDING IN MY TOWN
I did not know this cobblestone store was in our village and I bet I walked by it fifty million times and never noticed it. Richard, who collects pictures of cobblestone buildings on his blog e-mailed me and told me about it. Went and got pictures this morning. Part of it is cobblestone and part is wood.

MY FIRST WINTER FARM OF 2017
This is my first winter farm of 2017. It is an Englisher farm. I drive by this most everyday and I like this farm the best of most of the others in the area. I call it my Courier and Ives farm. Hope you enjoy it, too.

GOD'S CREATURES - WOODPECKER
Here is the woodpecker enjoying breakfast outside my apartment door. He is one of the few birds that lets me open the door and take his picture. I guess food comes first.

WINTER STREAM - SHORTSVILLE, NY
I am always looking for streams, creeks, etc. to take pictures of, but with the heat of last summer, they were few and far between. I now know why Water Street in Shortsville, NY has that name after finding this stream running beside it.
