WHAT IS CHARITY?
It's silence when your words would hurt.
It's patience when your neighbor's hurt.
It's deafness when some scandal flows.
It's thoughtfulness for others woes.
It's promoptness when stern duty calls.

This is one of my favorite foods to eat. I really enjoy it. It is suppose to be in the 50's on Easter Sunday.

I love Mac 'n Cheese. What a great poem, What Is Charity.
It is supposed to be in the 50's here too on Easter. HOORAY!!
Well this Mac and Cheese sounds easy. I never heard of it being made this way.
The Creamsicle Salad sounds really good too. I love the taste of creamsicles.
Thanks for the recipes and inspirational words.
Doreen
This sounds wonderful!
Love the quote near the end!
Do you cook the noodles before you put in the oven?
I just got back from bringin my friend Nancy's husband, Butch home from the hospital. What we thought was going to take a hour or so took over 3 hours getting him discharged. That would make a post !!! LOL

This is like the mac and cheese my mother made. She is still living, but no long able to cook. It is so simple and so good! I really don't care for this dish when one has to add eggs and sour cream and other ingredients. Can't wait to make it! Thanks!
Glad you like it, Wilma. I will pass your comment on to Jean.

Marilyn - I have really enjoyed Jeans' recipies and have added them to my list of things to make soom. Please let Jean know how much they were appreciated.
I would like to make the Creamsicle Salad for Easter, but I was not sure about the tapioca called for. I usually buy the Minute Tapioca to make the pudding on the stove. Is the mix in the recipie a Jello brand tapioca or something else. Please let me know what product I should be purchasing for the Creamsicle recipie.
I hope your longtime friend whos husband had surgery is doing well. I have remembered them in my prayers this week.
I hope you have a joyous Easter
Thank you - Ellen
Good Morning Ellen,
Thank you so much for my friend's prayers. They are greatly appreciated. I will see that Jean gets your comments.
The Tapioca Jean has in the recipe is the Jello brand kind. I don't know if the Minute Tapioca would work in it or not.
Happy Easter,
Marilyn
Ellen, when I went to the store to buy the Tapioca pudding, I was surprised that they didn't carry it anymore. So I bought two pkgs. of vanilla pudding and added 3 Tbs. of Minute Tapioca to the recipe. I only used 1/2 of the Cool Whip since I'm not a fan of whipped toppings. I really like this recipe. It came out delicious.
Happy Easter,
Doreen
Thank you, Doreen, for coming through on this recipe. Really appreciate it.

Doreen, thank so much for giving me a way to make this salad using the Minute Tapioca I have on hand. I looked in 2 differnts stores yesterday & neither carried Jell Brand tapioca just as you found at your store. I appreciate your help.
Thank you also, Marilyn for your help.
I would like to wish everyone a joyful Easter clelbration this weekend.
Happy Easter to you and yours, Ellen.
