Hi Marilyn,
I think it's so cool...I have family living in Rochester and have spent quite a bit of time over the years in your area. I love hearing about and seeing pictures of places I've been. Many summers we'd spend a week to ten days at my dad's campground on Lake Oneida. Good memories. Thanks for the reminders.

Hi Diane,
So glad I bring back memories. It's beautiful on Lake Oneida. I hope to keep more pictures coming. I just have to get around and take them. Hope you will keep visiting here.

Marilyn,
Of course I will keep visiting! And I would love to meet you in person sometime. We won't be coming north this summer. Having surgery on the 14th and I think it will be to hot to travel in August. (Will take most of July to heal up. lol) Have to go to SC for a wededing in Sept, and my dad will be going to FL in Oct...so it will be next summer. Would love to be there for one of the little town festivals.

Hi Diane,
I will keep you in my prayers for your operation. Hope you heal up fast. Well there is always next year. But if anyone else in my area, would be glad to meet them too.

A very close friend of mine lives in Penn Yan, and she'll probably be at this auction for the quilts. I love visiting her in such a beautiful area. Unfortunately I can't leave my mom, so I'm not able to go. When life changes at some point I won't be house-bound.

Hi Doreen,

Your Mom is number one right night. Treasure the time. When life changes maybe you, your friend and I can meet there.

Right now, I am not sure if I will be able to go to the Haiti Auction or not. I really want to. I am going over my finances to see if I can scrape enough together.

Hi folks,
I am going to the Haiti Auction in Penn Yan tomorrow morning. I have someone purchase something from me on etsy so I have the money. So unless something happens in the next 24 hours, I will be on the road tomorrow morning.

Hi Folks,
Was to the auction today. I took over 200 pictures there. Of course, I will be putting posts on. If you missed this one, mark your calendars for next year at the same place. I love the way they put this: "Plan to attend the New York Haiti Benefit Auction next year Lord Willing June 21, 2014."
