Good Morning,
Hope you enjoy Jean's Apple relish recipe this morning.
If there are any recipes that you would like, please ask. Jean will see if she has them for you.
It is in the 90's here today. We had better enjoy because it's going down to the 50's later this week.

All across the nation, it has been very low key, and I was bothered by that...
This relish is an easy, fix what you have on hand, dish, the sweet crunch of apple, crisp dill, the bite of the onion, sweet with sugar, vinegar to tone it all down!I bet you can toss some pears in there too, change it up, apple/pear/dill /relish. This is the way good cooks cook! TheMystery relish! They look at what they have, and how it mixes with things,,,best fun way to cook I love it~!and if you make enough of it, for gifts,,,,,it could be water bath canned- or frozen, I like this ghange-up in a relish!!!
Thank you, Sue Ann on the relish. Really appreciated. I should have put something on about 911 and now I feel so bad about it. I had posts for so many other things.
