DOREEN BAKES JEAN'S SOUR CREAM MAPLE PIE
I lined the bottom of the pie shell with sliced peaches, mixed the rest of the ingredients and poured the mixture over the peaches. I used a 10" glass pie dish and baked it as the directions said."
I gave this recipe to Jean after I received it from Doreen. Jean baked it at her home and said: " I served it to the whole family and they really enjoyed it especially with the peaches. The next day, I had to make two of them because my family wanted it for desert again.
Then Edward came up with the idea of putting apples in the bottom. He increased the maple sugar to 1 cup as he felt the apples weren't as sweet as the peaches. We really enjoyed that one, too.
Myself and my whole family thank Doreen for the changes in that recipe."
