SENIOR NUTRITION CENTER WHERE I WORK

I thought you might be interested in where I work and the great people I serve.  The Nutrition Center is part of the Wayne County Department of Youth and Aging.  It is from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM.  People come in for games, lectures, movies and of course lunch.  We serve the seniors here.  In the top two pictures are the people engaged in bingo. Bingo is serious business at our place. The third picture is of Gerri from our home office giving a lecture on nutrition for seniors.  The last two pictures are of the people as much as I could get them all together.  The lady wearing the blue apron in the fourth picture is my boss.  She is a very nice person to work for.  Sorry, I'm not in any of the pictures.  I took these pictures as we are hoping the Wayne Post will do an article on us in their paper.

DON'T FORGET TO SEND US A PICTURE OF YOUR PETS TO mab1121@verizon.net FOR OUR PET POST.  WOULD LIKE TO GET THE POST ON NEXT WEEK.

Good Morning Doreen,

We think it is a nice service for seniors and wish more people would come. Being a senior myself, I fit in.

Glad you enjoyed seeing them.

Marilyn, I love how not a single person looked up while you were taking their picture during bingo. Looks like a wonderful group of people and a great place to work. Cathy in Webster

Hi Cathy,

Like I said, Bingo is serious business with the people playing. It is a great place to work. Very few people can say they love their love, but I do.
