NEW YORK HAITI BENEFIT AUCTION

I got this the other day and thought I would let you know.  I know that is over six months from now, but there are things that are happening sooner you might be interested in.  I got a new Canon scanner,  printer and copier - and I don't know how to save things on it.  Happening dates are kind of out of order, but that is the way the letter was printed.

Kentucky HBA Sale (Christian County), Mary 15-17, 2015

Now the Florida trip is what I would love to go on.  Be down to Florida at Pinecraft and see the Haiti Auction at the same time.

I have names and phone numbers of people in all sorts of departments for the Haiti Auction in New York State.  If you need any of them, just let me know and I will e-mail them to you.  I know this is a while away, but it gives us a chance to save up our money and plan ahead.

Hi Marilyn, Glad you were able to get new equipment for the computer. And you are right when you say one needs to save ahead of time if one wishes to go on a trip. The Pinecraft/Sarasota area would be a nice place to visit.
I just got a spinach square recipe that is of Greek origin from the site Amish.365 by Kevin Williams. It's a really nice site if you want to ck it out.
How's your back today? Blessings, Carol

Good Morning Carol,
I am so glad I finally got new equipment, too. It's been a long time coming.

I will have to check Amish.365 out.

My back is better. Worse when I get out of bed in the morning, but once I get going, it gets better.

Blessings to you and yours,
Marilyn

Hi Carol,
Oh, I know who that is. I have been reading Amish.365 for a long time. He use to have another name or title for it. The recipe for today came from Jean.

Carol, I wonder if the Greek spinach square recipe that you are referring to is Spanakopita. It's made with feta cheese and filo dough. My family makes it for every holiday, as we are greek.

Jean's spinach pie looks delicious. I will have to try i one day.

Hi Carol,
When I got thinking about it this morning, I said I read their blog every day. I did contact Kevin to make sure I wasn't using one of his recipes. He was very kind. Shouldn't answer anyone on here until I have my first cup of coffee in the morning.

Blessing to you and your,
Marilyn
