JEAN'S TUNA FISH CASSEROLE

JEAN'S TUNA FISH CASSEROLE

1 lb asparagus (cooked)
1 1/2 Tablespoon butter or margarine
3 Tablespoons flour
1 Cup Asparagus liquid
1 Cup milk
salt and pepper
1 Can Tuna Fish
1/2 Cup grated cheese

Make white sauce of liquid asparagus, flour, butter, milk and seasoning.  Add tuna fish.  Place cooked asparagus in greased dish.  Pour tuna over top, then cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees until brown.

Someone gave me this recipe and when I tried it at home, it was a big hit.  This can be used as a vegetable or as the main dish.
