JEAN'S SPINACH SALAD


JEAN'S SPINACH SALAD

1 bag Spinach (or fresh spinach)
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 large red onion, divided into rings
1/2 lb bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Dressing

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teasp salt
1/4 cup sugar

Mix spinach, eggs, onion and bacon.  Pour dressing over and mix.
