OSPREY - AGAIN
The Father is back this week. He wasn't there when I was there taking pictures the last couple of weeks. I worried that something had happened to him, but he was there this week. Baby bird didn't fly just stretched his wings.

JEAN ANSWERS QUESTIONS
I am giving this to Marilyn on Monday morning and there is a light rain outside. We hope that it keeps up. Sure could use it on our crops, garden and yard.
Guess you all want to know about Edward's lady friend that he bought to our picnic. When we saw her, we knew who she was. She goes to our meeting (church), so we know her parents, very well as they are friends of ours. Although unasked, she brought a dish to pass with her.
She is Edward's age. Edward said not to plan any weddings or anything. She blushed. They knew each other through meetings. He brought her home after singing several times and they found they have many of the same interests.
She lives at home and works cleaning a couple of houses. Also, she does sewing, quilting, and more. She told us her Father made some excuse to have his records checked where Edward's works. Wanted to see what kind of job he had. Her Father told her, some people aren't the same outside of meetings as they are at meetings, so he was checking anyone who goes with his daughters. We guess Edward passed her Father's inspection.
We enjoyed having her with us at the picnic and have the feeling we will be seeing more of her. David and I hope that, if they make the decision to marry, that they wait until they are a year or two older. We prefer they don't marry until they are 20 or so, but it is God's will not ours.
Someone asked what else does David do besides our freezing locker. We also have our farm, which Michael, Edward and David help him with. During the winter and sometimes during the other seasons, he does work in peoples home if they want painting or construction. Sometimes people want rooms remodeled or changes made. Also, he does wood work - making items to sell or for peoples use. He and Thomas do that.
Michael has his own repair barn on our property, where he repairs farm equipment, washers, dryers, etc. and even a car once in a while
Michael and Edward also own some property that they farm, right now. Edward's section is going to Thomas' as the house Thomas lives in use to be Edward's Grandmother's house. When Edward's time to marry comes, he wants to live in his Grandmother's house.
Edward works in the bookkeeping. He keeps people's books and taxes. Right now, someone has to check his work and have it filled under their name. Edward has to take a test before he can be licensed. When he gets that, he is thinking of opening his own business.
Thomas is our jack of all trades. He and Ruth have their farm. Thomas enjoys working with wood. He has also helped David on remodeling jobs. Also, he has given Michael a hand with his repair machine equipment business. He also has trained horses for people. Helped Elmer putting siding on someone's house. Done plumbing for people. I can't remember all he does. So far, no one has ever asked him do something he couldn't do.
David Jr. helps his father on the farm. He feeds the animals, milks the cows, and more. His Father takes him out in the fields to learn plowing and alike.
So I guess that tells of most of the jobs the men can do. They all have jobs and get them done - most of the time.
Be With God,
Jean

Marilyn has Something To Say
I am sorry, I didn't get a regular post on this morning. Today, I am starting my second part time job. My first job is walking a dog, which I enjoy doing. Seeing that is going so well, I have advertised to see if I can get more. This job is a half hour or so twice a day.
My new additional job is watching a lady when her husband has to leave the house for medical treatment, grocery store, etc.. She recently got out of the hospital, and we are seeing how this is going to work. He is trying to keep her out of a nursing home. I have known them for quite a while and to get a nurse, or aide was really expensive, so I set my price and they took it. Right now, it is two maybe three days for 5 hours a day.
So this, in addition, to life in general, I may not get posts on here as much as I have. I will try, but I can not guarantee. I wanted you to know that if they aren't on, why. These two jobs will help relieve my fiances and get a little put a way for an emergency. Also, I haven't had a vacation in years and years.
So, I just want you to know what is going on.
