1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup salad oil
1 egg
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup sour milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped apples
1 cup shopped nuts (if desired)

Cream sugar, oil and egg.  Combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt together.  Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Stir in vanilla, apples and nuts.  Mix well.  Pour into 2 well greased bread pans, line bottom with waxed paper and grease again.

TOPPING (Mix Together)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp flour
1/8 cup white sugar

Sprinkle on top.  Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

NOTE:  Jean was thrilled that she got 211 viewers for the last recipe she put on.  The more viewers she gets, the more it encourages to put more recipes on.
