TURKEY (OR CHICKEN) RICE CASSEROLE

TURKEY (OR CHICKEN) RICE CASSEROLE

1 pkg Minute brand long grain wild rice with seasonings
1 Cup long grain white rice
4 cups cooked turkey (or chicken) breast, cubed
2 Cans cream of turkey (or chicken) soup (can use homemade soup)
1 green pepper, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 onion, diced
1 can water chestnuts (slice each one)
3/4 cup mayonnaise

Cook rice and mix all ingredients together.  Place in greased 9 X 13 " pan.  Let sit overnight in refrigerator.  Bake uncovered,  1 hour at 325 degrees.
