People are always asking for receipes for turkey (or chicken) leftovers.  Here is one that can be used with either meat.

JEAN'S TURKEY IN A BISCUIT

2 c. diced and cooled turkey

3 Tbsp melted margarine
Salt and Pepper
2 Tbsp milk
1Tbsp chopped onion
1 (8 oz) can crescent rolls

Cream margarine and softened cream cheese.  Add the remaining ingredients except the crescent rolls.
Divide the crescent rolls into 4 squares.  Now put some of the turkey mixture on each and fold over into a triangle.  Pinch edges together.  Brush tops with margarine.  Place on ungreaed cookie cheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
