Anna told you about our going to the African Violet Show last Saturday, so here are some of the pictures of plants that were on show. We all had a great time at the show and for lunch. Were very happy that Margaret joined us.
Some of these plants do not look like African Violets, but they come in many different styles and shapes.

...I love the dark purple ones.
Good morning Marilyn, I have never seen the ones in the last 3 pictures before, lovely. Cathy in Webster
The african violets in the last three pictures are new to me also.
Just lovely, Marilyn! Thanks! Blessings, Carol
Hi Folks,
So happy you like the pictures. Some of the African Violets don't look like what we think they should be. They come in all different designs. These different ones are the ones Jean and Anna bought. Margaret stuck with the ones we know.

Picture No. 7 intriguing... were they planted to sprout in that
formation or is that the natural design of the foliage? Just
lovely as were the others. Thank you for sharing,
Hi Heritage Hall,
It is the natural design of the foliage. They do bloon. I agree, they are all lovely. So happy you enjoyed them. I have more to put on in other posts.

The plants in the last three photos are Streptocarpus, not African Violets, although they are related. I find Streps to be easier to grow than African Violets, they even come in a yellow color!
Thank you Anonymous. You explained it better than I could.
