QUILTS FROM LUTHERAN CHURCH IN LYONS, NY










Quilts that were at the Lutheran Church Sale in Lyons, New York.

They're all pretty but I love the scrappy quilts. They remind me of the quilts my mother used to make using pieces from clothing we'd outgrown.

Yes, they are beautiful, too. It is interesting how your mother made quilts. Everything was used for quilts.

They are amazing. I too am amazed at the hours it takes to make these quilts and there are only about a half of dozen ladies that do it.

i have Max in my pictures. He is the first one.
