ANNA'S TURKEY POTATO STUFFING

ANNA'S TURKEY POTATO  STUFFING

2 cups hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, well beaten
4 cups cubed dry bread
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon, poultry seasoning
1/2 cup diced celery
1 onion, minced
1 tablespoon, minced parsley
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Mix, together the potatoes, and egg.  Soak bread in cold water and squeeze dry.  Fluff bread and mix gently with the potato mixture.  Blend in remaining ingredients and mix well.  Use for turkey stuffing.  Will fit a 6 pound to 8 pound bird.

Stuffing can be used on other poultry or meat.
