ZIGGY'S CAR GARAGE TORN DOWN
Ziggy's car garage was a place you took your car for repair. Years ago, it was a gas station, then an ice cream shop, then gas station again and then Ziggy bought it and I think he added on to the original building for his car garage. He retired a few years ago and had the place up for sale. It finally sold. unfortunately this building had to come down. A dentists is building a new building there for office.
A funny story is Ziggy, his brothers and parents lived across the street from the house I grew up in. So, we all knew each others. Years later, we were all grew up and I was in an organization that Ziggy's Mother was in. Someone came inside where we were meeting and said there was something wrong with my car. Ziggy's Mom said to take the car to Ziggy's garage. So after the meeting, I went down to Ziggy's. When I got there he had just put in another and said he was very busy. I would have to make an appointment to bring my car in. Then I told Ziggy his Mom sent me. Out went the other car and in went my car. He fixed it and gave it right back to me with no charge. I thanked him and thanked for taking the car so fast. He said if he didn't take care of a car his Mom sent, right away, she would have killed him.
Sadly another vintage building going down for a new one.

Computer Problems
My computer is on the fritz so I have to take it to my computer lady the first of the week. I don't know how long it will take. So if there are no posts, that is why.
I will try to get posts on before it goes, but if I don't know you will know why.

VETERAN'S 100 BIRTHDAY
I was reading Fox News this evening and saw an article about a veteran that served in World War II. His 100th birthday is coming in April and for a gift he would like Birthday Cards from people all over the country or world. I was not born until after World War II, but had family members who served during that war. I also believe in honoring and thanking those that have served in all branches of our military. Also, anyone living to 100 years old and wants birthday cards should receive them.
Family has said they would like his birthday cards before April as his birthday is in April. So I am leaving his name and address, so if you wish you can send him a card:

BIRDS - DIFFERENT
I had to go to the doctor's office today and outside his office windows are a stream with birds in it. Here are some of the birds that are in there. Among all the birds, this little squirrel was running among them, so I put it in too. Doctor wanted to know what I was doing when he came in, I told him. He said I was the first patient taking pictures out his windows.

HOUSES IN SNOW WHERE I LIVE
This is the last snow houses that I have. House 7 is the house I always liked. When I was little, I use to say I was going to buy that house some day. Well it never happened, but I still like that house.

QUILTS AT CHURCH SALE
More quilts from the church sale in Lyons, New York. I really enjoy going there and seeing them. My favorite this time is the first one.
