AFRICAN VIOLETS

Here are almost all of the African Violets from the show Jean and I went to.

SHEEP

Here are some pictures of sheep that I got.  Couldn't get their faces, I guess I hit them at eating time.

JEAN'S FREEZER PICKLES

JEAN'S FREEZER PICKLES

2 qt cucumbers
2 Tbsp salt
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup onion
1 1/2 cups sugar

Leave peel on cucumbers.  Thinly slice cucumbers and onions.  Mix with salt and let stand 2 hours.  Drain. Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil in saucepan.  Poor over cucumbers mixing while hot.  Let stand 15 minutes.  Put into containers and freeze.  Remove from freezer a container at a time and keep  in the refrigerator as you eat them.
   

LADIES TEA PARTY

Jean that put on our Thanksgiving and Easter dinners put on a Tea Party for some of us ladies. As you can see pictures of some of the ladies, the table settings and some of the food.  We all enjoyed the Tea Party.

OSPREY

In taking these pictures, I am trying to decide if she has a baby bird.  I think she does,  but I'm not sure.

SIGNS REGARDING STUDENTS

Riding around I thought I would get something different and have signs regarding students.

In my driving around, I came across this lady's laundry and then I saw her.  I don't know if she it out after the cow or looking at a garden.
