KATIE'S CHOW MEIN NOODLE CASSEROLE

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 stalks celery, chopped
2 onions, chopped
3 Tbsp molasses
1/4 c soy sauce
1 can chow mein noodles

Brown meet.  Place in a greased casserole dish.  Boil celery until slightly tender.  Place in even layer over meat.  Mix together molasses, soy sauce, and soup.  Pour over meat mixture.  Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top.  Make 1 hour at 350 degrees.

*I do all ingredients in the morning and put it in the refrigerator.  About an hour or so before dinner, I place it in the oven  for 1 hour or until it is hot.  Susan't recipe will be next week.

Sounds good. The molasses ingredient surprised me, but I can see where it would add a really nice flavor. Thanks to Katie!

Good Morning Mary,
It does sound good. I wouldn't have thought of molasses, but your right with the nice flavor. Katie is so happy that she has this recipe on here.
