TURTLE LAYING EGGS

In front of the apartment building I live in, a turtle had her eggs in a tree stump we had there.  So I came out  and took pictures. As you can see, I don't think the turtle was very happy I was there.

That is really neat that you saw this Marilyn! I hope the little ones will be safe when they hatch?

Good Morning Vickie,
It was really neat ! Several people are watching the area. We hope they are safe when they hatch, too. If not, we might have to move them closer to the canal.

What a fascinating prospect to view. Please continue your monitoring
and perhaps furnish pictures of the big event and little ones. Thank
you for this peep into nature's process.

Interesting photos of the turtle mama!
Also -- just wondering if Katie or Susan or Margaret might have a good recipe for molasses cookies? Please?

Hi Heritage Hall,
I am monitoring three or four times a day. Hope to be able to take pictures of the little ones. I would love to take pictures of the big event. Glad you enjoyed today's pictures.

Hi Nancy,
Glad you like the pictures. I called her home and Susan said she would come up with molasses cookies recipe on Wednesday.
