JEAN'S ITALIAN ZUCCHINI

JEAN'S ITALIAN ZUCCHINI

3 medium zucchini
2 c spaghetti sauce
1 c shredded Mozzarella cheese

In saucepan, place sliced zucchini. Fill pan with water until just covering zucchini. Cook over medium heat until tender, about 25 minutes.  Drain well.  Place in casserole, top with spaghetti sauce and cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.  Serve over pasta or as a side dish.
