DAVID JR.'S - PORK - PINE BURGERS


 DAVID JR.S - PORK - PINE BURGERS

1 lb. ground pork

1/3 cup green pepper, chopped

1/3 onion,  chopped

1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained

1 egg

3 - 4 Tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce (depending on leaness of meat, for moisture)


Mix ingredients together forming into 5 - 6 patties.  Grill or broil approx 20 minutes.

I'm not too fond of pineapple, but in this recipe it would add nice moisture and probably is tasty.
A creative dish.
