HOUSES IN THE WINTER

Thought I would take some pictures of some of the towns in my village in the winter.  The sun wasn't out so some of the pictures aren't my best. 

JEAN'S IRISH MEAN SAUSAGE

I found two Irish Recipes and I couldn't decide which one to put on so I am putting one on this week and one on next week.   Jean

JEAN'S IRISH MEAN SAUSAGE

2 lbs ground chuck

1 cup warm water

2 Tbsp mustard seed

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

2 Tbsp salt 

2 tsp Liquid Smoke

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce\

1 tsp pepper

Lay 2 pieces aluminum foil (shiny side up) on flat surface.  Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.  Divide in equal parts.  Place on foil and roll to desired diameter.  Twist ends closed.  Refrigerate for 24 hours.  Poke holes in bottom with toothpick.  Place on rack on cookie sheet.  Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees.
