JEAN'S ITALIAN ZUCCHINI

3 medium zucchini
2 c spaghetti sauce
1 c shredded Mozzarella cheese

In saucepan, place sliced zucchini. Fill pan with water until just covering zucchini. Cook over medium heat until tender, about 25 minutes.  Drain well.  Place in casserole, top with spaghetti sauce and cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.  Serve over pasta or as a side dish.

OSPREY AND BABIES

Our Osprey had two babies this year.  Hope you can see them in the pictures.

FIRE CRACKERS ON JULY 4th, 2020

David, whose picture is on top saves money all year round,  so he can put these fire crackers on every Fourth of July.  Here are just some of the fire crackers he set off this year for all of us to enjoy.  He starts them about 8 PM as some of the people in the apartments, I live go to bed early.

NEWARK DINER IN THE NEWARK MUSEUM

I had previous had posts of the Newark Diner.  One was of the inside of the diner when they were in business and the second when it was pulled out to be restored and went to Buffalo.  These pictures are of the Newark Diner in the Newark Museum.  The pictures were taken back in June, 2016/

SAUDERS GROCERY STORE

Pictures are of items that were in Sauders Grocery Store in Seneca Falls, New York.  I took these pictures back in 2017 and I never got them all on.

KNiT AND CROCHET QUILTS

These knit and crochet quilts were in the Wayne County Fair last year.  This year, there won't be a fair, but they are planning for again next year.
