22 gingersnaps, crushed
5-7 tbsp butter or margarine melted
Crush gingersnaps and mix with melted margarine; pat into a pie plate and bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

Hope you like it.

I added the missing ingredients to my grocery list. This pie sounds great. I never had pistachio pudding before I made the Pistachio Bread, and liked it very much. So I'll try this pie too since I really like pineapple, almonds, and coconut. Thanks for these delicious recipes Jean. My family thanks you too. ~Doreen
Hi Doreen,
I will tell Jean what you said. I have used pistachio pudding on another pie recipe that I have. People really liked it. I still haven't made the Pistachio Bread, yet and I have the ingredients in my pantry. I better get with it.
