GRANDMOTHER OLIVE'S MAPLE-MUSTARD PORK CHOPS
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons whole-grain mustard
2 center-cut pork loin chops (about 6 ounces each)
Nonstick cooking spray
1/3 cup water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine maple syrup, olive oil and mustard in a small bowl. Brush syrup mixture over both sides of pork chops.
Spray medium ovenproof skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chops; brown on both sides, Add water; cover and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until barely pink in center.
Makes enough for 2 people
