JEAN'S STUFFED ROLLED CHICKEN

JEAN'S STUFFED ROLLED CHICKEN

4 boned chicken breast
4 slices ham
4 slices Swiss Cheese
4 slices bacon
1 c rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg Lipton onion soup
2 c water

Pour rice into bottom of baking dish.  Roll one piece each of ham and cheese into chicken.  Wrap piece of bacon around roll chicken.  Hold with toothpick.  Place meat on rice.  Mix cream of mushroom soup, onion soup and 2 cups water.  Pour over chicken and rice.  Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
