APPLE BREAD RECIPE - DECEMBER 16th

APPLE BREAD

1 1/2 cups oil
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups apples, peeled and cut up
1 cup nuts

Combine all ingredients.  Put in 2 floured and greased bread pans.  Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Welcome to my recipes.  This is the first of several to come.  I hope some of these are ones you can use during the Christmas Season or throughout the year.

Even though it says to put nuts in some of my recipes, it is not necessary if they cause you problems.

Be With God,

Jean

I go to the nutrition center for lunch very often and there is a lady there that makes apple bread. It is delicious. I was so happy when Jean put this recipe on. It is suppose to be in the 50's here today.

Another great recipe from Jean. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend and also getting prepared for Christmas. The stores here do not seem to be as busy as I thought they would be but maybe there will be a rush as Christmas draws nearer. It is mild here today with some rain. Thanks again Marilyn and God Bless from Veronica

Hi Veronica,
I know I am getting ready for Christmas and so is Jean. Stores haven't been too bad here either. Of course I go during the week so maybe that's why here. Thank you for stopping.
God Bless You and Yours,
Marilyn

Another winner from Jean Marilyn, and I bet this would go down very nicely with a hot cup of coffee.

Has she sold this at the market she sometimes goes to, and what has been her more popular items that folks have bought from her.

Looks like I'm still asking questions for Jean so I dont think I could ever make myself stop that, lol. Richard

Hi Richard, and I bet your right. But to me coffee goes with anything.

I will ask Jean about the market and her most popular items.

You can come here and ask questions, put on posts, show pictures, whatever you want to do. I do consider this yours too, as you founded it. Marilyn
