Corn Bread Pudding

1 can creamed corn
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 stick butter, melted
1 box Jiffy corn bread/muffin mix
8 oz. sour cream
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13”
buttered casserole baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes
or until golden brown on top and around the edges.
(Note from Doreen: I couldn’t bring myself to put in that much butter,
so I cut it down some, and the dish still came out great)
