JEAN'S OVEN BAKED RICE

JEAN'S OVEN BAKED RICE

1 can consomme soup (or homemade)
1 can French onion soup (or homemade)
3/4 stick melted butter, margarine or oleo
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 (4 oz) can mushtoom pieces and stems (or home grown)
Garlic to taste

Mix together.  Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.  NOTE: If I have some left over meat, I break it into tiny pieces and add it to this before baking.

TODAY JEAN HAS BEEN WITH AMISH STORIES AND US FOR SIX YEARS.  JEAN DOESN'T WANT ANY CELEBRATION, BUT I THOUGHT YOU SHOULD KNOW.

Oh that look's good! And there are so many different kinds of rice to try - jasmine, brown, etc.
And happy to see Jean's still with the blog- Happy six years! Thanks to her for her contributions and fellowship.

Hi Mary,
You sure could use different rice in this recipe. I will see that Jean gets your message.
